12-Month Warranty
All CompactaBin products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or decide the product isn’t right for you, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. For change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and will be credited back to your original payment method.

How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim or return, please email us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. If the item is faulty or damaged, including photos will help speed up the process. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Important Notes
For faulty or damaged items, CompactaBin will cover the cost of return shipping. For change of mind returns, both return shipping and the restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer.
